Heart2Heart Designs (H2HD) will never trade, rent, share, or sell your information. Period.

Refund/Return Policy

All sales are final. All H2HD products are available exclusively as electronic downloads. The customer is responsible for ensuring the file format is compatible with their computer’s operating system and software application for purchasing the correct size and language when applicable.

In the event there is a defect in the product, H2HD will make every effort to replace the file(s) with a repaired product file(s). We reserve the right to replace the purchase with a comparable product.

A download link will be immediately available after your purchase is approved. In the event of an unsuccessful download, H2HD will reissue a replacement link for a period of 30 days from date of purchase.

Payment Policy

PayPal securely processes payments for Heart2Heart Designs. PayPal is a secure way to send online payments. Use your existing PayPal account or a credit card. PayPal lets you use your credit card online without exposing your card number to merchants.

Discount Codes

Using a discount code is easy! All you need to do is:

Back Up Copies

Your purchase includes the right to save one copy of the file (s) to a CD, DVD, or external hard drive as a back up for your personal use only. It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner.

Please contact us with any download issues. Be sure to send it from the email you used when you made the purchase and include your transaction ID number.
